In order to provide a family with a ceremony that marks the conclusion of a life
lived with dignity and meaning, we firmly believe in facilitating a ceremony
that means the most to you and your family.
At Harrison- Metzger & Rans Funeral Homes, we strongly believe that any service a
family selects can be personalized and tailored to their wants and needs. That
is why we encourage families to bring in photos, mementos and remembrances that
will be displayed during services.
At Harrison- Metzger & Rans Funeral Homes you can arrange:
-
A Traditional Service that would include, viewing at the place of worship or
funeral home the evening before the service, the funeral ceremony itself, and
procession to the cemetery for a final committal service.
-
A Non Traditional Service that would include viewing at the place of worship or
funeral home the same day as the ceremony, the funeral ceremony itself, and
procession to the cemetery for a final committal service.
-
A Graveside Service that could include a viewing.
-
A Memorial Service that could include a visitation or gathering of family and
friends at the funeral home or another location.
Cremation Service Options
Just because a family has chosen cremation does not mean that a funeral ceremony
to honor the person who has died can not take place. Families are able to still
have a Traditional Funeral Service, a Non Traditional Funeral Service, or
a Memorial Service.
Aftercare Services
We reach out to every family we serve during their grief to offer caring,
information and support. We also recognize that the grief journey can be long
and difficult one and that special help is often necessary to assist survivors
with transition from life prior to death of a loved one to a meaningful life
after.
